Exchanges and Returns

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. In the event it’s not suitable all goods purchased on our site can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

**We are unable to offer returns for the products sold under 'Archive Sale' campaign.**

We offer a full refund for all returns. Simply contact us on customerservice@moilondon.com and we will provide you all required information to proceed your return. MOI London does not offer free returns or pre-paid return labels.

All returns must be in perfect condition, and come with their original packaging. We are unable to accept returns on goods that are scratched or marked. This includes any marks on the soles of the shoes, therefore we advise that you try on your shoes on a carpeted floor to avoid any unnecessary marking.

Customers outside of the UK are responsible for any customs charges that may apply to their returns. These charges will be deducted from the return amount.

Please ensure that you return the goods in all of their original undamaged packaging as otherwise they cannot be accepted. Please also note, that we are unable to refund the original shipping cost of any returned item.

Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately and we will be happy to assist you.
